    Symmons Industries is a family-owned, premier domestic manufacturer of commercial and residential plumbing products. We are proudly respected in the industry for the quality of our products and customized service levels. Headquartered in Braintree, MA, Symmons is seeking a Marketing Manager who will work primarily on building the Go-to-Market strategy for NEW commercial products for Symmons. This position will report to the Director of Marketing but will work daily with the CMO and other executives to launch the product. Within that context, this role will be responsible for all Customer Experience, Demand Generation, Nurturing and Evangelism activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the customer, utilize data to make decisions and looks for innovative solutions to solve problems for launch of existing product and future.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and executing customer segmentation and messaging strategies
    • Create Customer Journey maps
    • Developing and executing launch communications plans and contact
    • Building and continually optimizing the Customer Experience
    • Partnering with Marketing Operations to develop and manage demand generation activities (ABM, Inbound, Outbound), and lead nurturing programs (CRM).
    • Reacting quickly and positively to changes that need to be implemented to improve the customer experience.
    • Collaborating with other groups who impact the customer experience including Sales and Customer Service
    • Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Finance, Operations and other Marketing teams daily
    • 10% travel required

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing
    • 3-5 years of marketing experience
    • Expertise with a broad range of Digital Marketing activities required (SEO, Paid Media, Website Development/Optimization, A/B & MVT, Marketing Automation, etc.)
    • Map out journeys to customers
    • Experience marketing a SaaS product (preferred)
    • Experience with Agile methodologies
    • Experience with User Testing and other forms of UX measurement/optimization
    • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of senior management and work in a cross functionally environment
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to derive insights from data and communicate those insights to a diverse audience
    • Strong active listening skills and a demonstrated ability to interface with business customers
    • Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communications, and the ability to communicate and persuade a diverse audience
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes
    • Ability to balance short and long-term priorities
    • Self-directed and ability to operate independently as required
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Ability to interface with Senior Leadership
